Good afternoon and welcome to
the official website of the Housing Authorities of the City and County
of Fresno. For over 60 years this Agency has been providing Affordable
Housing solutions to families throughout the County. Today,
over 20,000 households receive some type of assistance from
the Fresno Housing Authority.
The Housing Authority is a combined agency, for both the
City and County of Fresno. Most services and programs are
operated in both locations. This site has been developed to
provide you with a significant amount of information about

Effective December 1, 2009, the Assisted Housing Division (S8) will decrease Payment Standards to 90% of the current FMR. Effective January 1, 2010,
the Assisted Housing Division (S8) will change Subsidy Standards, which effects voucher size issuance. Click here or click on “Rental Assistance Programs/Housing
Choice Voucher (Section 8)” and scroll down to “Related Documents to view the two Informational Notices.”
