Good afternoon and welcome to
the official website of the Housing Authorities of the City and County
of Fresno. For over 60 years this Agency has been providing Affordable
Housing solutions to families throughout the County. Today,
over 20,000 households receive some type of assistance from
the Fresno Housing Authority.
The Housing Authority is a combined agency, for both the
City and County of Fresno. Most services and programs are
operated in both locations. This site has been developed to
provide you with a significant amount of information about

The Wait List for Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) is currently open. The Wait List for the Housing Choice Voucher Program is closed. Click here to apply for LIPH. There is no charge to apply for housing on this website.
