The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fresno, the City of Fresno and Housing Authority of the City of Fresno have joined together to help you improve housing in your Fresno City neighborhood through the new expanded Community Housing Partnership Program.
The Community Housing Partnership Program provides property owners, in designated areas within the City of Fresno, a choice of two Programs. You could be eligible for a conditional minor grant of up to $8,500 to enhance the exterior of your owner occupied home or a no interest deferred payment loan of up to $39,500 for the major rehabilitation of your owner occupied home.
