The payment standard is the maximum monthly
assistance payment that HUD allows for a family assisted in the Housing
Choice Voucher Program. Payments Standards are not rent amounts.
The Online Rent Affordability Calculator will estimate an applicant's eligibility for rental units.
The Online Utility Calculator will list utilities for rental units.
The following represents the maximum rental and utility allowance rates that may be offered in each bedroom category:
