The Beyond Housing Program focuses on individuals with physical or developmental disabilities, as well as individuals with mental illness who are capable of living independently in mainstream society with support services.
The Family Unification Program focuses both on families who have been separated and are unable to reunite because they lack adequate, affordable housing, and families who are in imminent danger of being separated because they live in substandard, dilapidated housing.
The Welfare-to-Work Voucher Program provides tenant-based Housing Choice Voucher assistance to help eligible families make the successful transition from welfare to work. The Program emphasizes the motto of the Housing Authorities of the City and County of Fresno – In, Up, and Out.
The goal of Building Stronger Families (BSF) is to provide a variety of activities that will encourage and maintain family unity and strengthen relationships within the family.
The Family Self-Sufficiency program is designed to assist families in utilizing community resources to achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency.
