Low Income Housing Tax Credit Utility Allowance

The Boards of the Housing Authorities of the City and County of Fresno, at their regular meeting of March 24, 2010, have adopted the following utility allowances. These UA’s are applicable to developments within Fresno County utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, and may not coincide with those used under the Section 8 program operated by the Housing Authority. Please contact Lesley Wagner at (559) 445-8931 should you require a Housing Authority letter for application or compliance purposes.
HACCF has made available four basic utility allowance schedules as follows:
1) Multi-family New Construction – All Electric
2) Multi-family New Construction- Gas
3) Multi-family Existing Rehabilitation – All Electric
4) Multi-family Existing Rehabilitation – Gas.
The new construction schedules apply to projects under development or placed in service post 2009.
